Emotion is all the Left has. And cool-headed Mike Johnson is going to deflate and defuse their emotion.

New Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R) has passed his first Second Amendment test. He immediately and forcefully stated that mass murder does not override the Constitution, and contrary to Democratic policy, emotion should not be used to enact laws that would never be acceptable in a quiet and reasoned debate. That's not a hard test. The lefties will now claim that he lacks a heart.

Good to know.
He needs to have a heart-to-heart with President Trump who has made 2nd Amendment decisions based largely on emotion that have cost Americans some of their gun rights.

“The end of the day, the problem is the human heart,” Johnson replied. “It’s not guns, it’s not the weapons. What an economy of words. He cuts right to the heart of it.
He says more in a few brief sentences than most politicians say in pages of drivel.
