Your exegesis of Genesis 12:3 is common but incorrect. As it happens, and as the Bible makes clear, Abraham's ethnic/physical offspring include all the Semitic peoples, not just the Jews. So there's no basis to single out the descendants of Jacob here.
Moreover, the seed of Abraham through which all the nations were to be blessed -- Genesis 22:18 -- is Jesus Christ.
The way to bless the Jews is to preach Christ to them. Otherwise, nonbelieving Jews today, much less the modern nation-state of Israel, are not that which is in view in Genesis 12:3, poor Bible exegesis and warped dispensational eschatology notwithstanding.
Yes the only way to Salvation is through YESHUA. The covenant with Israel stands however, not because of Israel, Israel should be a shamed of it’s unbelief, but because GOD made them his covenant people, and he will not go back on his word.
