Israel does not believe that Russia was in any way connected to last week’s Hamas attack, the country’s ambassador to Moscow, Alexander Ben Zvi, said in an interview with Kommersant on Wednesday.
Ben Zvi was asked to comment on allegations against Russia on social media and by a number of news outlets that it may have been involved in the attack and that the situation in Gaza is beneficial to Moscow, as it supposedly draws Washington’s attention away from Ukraine.
The ambassador responded by calling the allegations “complete nonsense.”
“We do not believe that Russia was involved in this in any way,” Ben Zvi said. “So all the aforementioned claims are pure conspiracy,”
So you agree then that it is possible Ukraine is helping Hamas?

In the bigger picture Russia is involved indirectly.

We have been moving massive amounts of ammunition/ordinance from Israel to Ukraine, the bad guys know that also US intel is tied up, our own stockpiles are lower and we can’t supply Israel like we do in every conflict they are in... The US politician is already practicing apologetics and as a nation we’re already hemorrhaging money regards Ukraine. How willing are we really to see things spiral out of control elsewhere?
Do not be surprised if North Korea, Iran and even Taiwan act/light up to some degree.

All these these games we play are a double edged knife. We can bury an Iraq and not feel much, but if you want to bury Russia, they will and can bite back both directly and indirectly because while much smaller than us in all respects except land mass, they have enough economic importance, political influence, and military/intel capabilities to where they can push back and a conflict with them is strenuous for us (economically and militarily). Others see that.

In the posted article the Israeli Ambassador stated that Israel will NOT need some great supply of weapons from the US.

LOL, your posted article quotes the Israeli ambassador Ben Zvi as saying on claims that the Hamas militants who attacked Israel on Saturday were using Western-made weapons that came from Ukraine. “We have no evidence for such statements,” he said, claiming that the allegations came from the Russian side.
Because that’s what he’s supposed to say.
And YOU left out this part:

So he does not discount weapons coming from Ukraine
