I am trying very hard not to take pleasure in the fact that a horrible person died in a manner that perfectly illustrates why he was a horrible person. It is even more difficult because I know that a violent anti-white bigot will be taken off the streets when convicted of the murder.
Municipal waste disposal is a major challenge in NYC. They closed their landfills long ago, and must now compact all their garbage and transport it out of the city for disposal or — increasingly — recycling.
One of the most politically sensitive issues in NYC these days has been the location of new transfer stations to handle all the waste generated by a city of 8 million people. As you might expect, these facilities tend to be located nowhere near the wealthiest enclaves of the city. So an entire new industry has sprung up to clamor about “equity” and “environmental justice” due to the impact of truck traffic, noise and foul odors in the neighborhoods around these transfer stations.
