My comment was a joke but you’re right; with the number of surveillance cameras these days I don’t know how anybody gets away with anything.
Maybe the surveillance cameras aren't as effective as their masters would have you believe.
Maybe the masters of the surveillance cameras don't want to solve certain crimes, or prosecute certain criminals.
No-one here is exactly as he seems.
