What I think the problem is, is that you think that insults, name-calling, an uncivil conversation will win an argument, and help boost your candidate to victory. Consider that he only won one election, has lost every single one since. Every time he insults people, he loses voters. He may excite you, give you a tingle down your leg, but I seriously doubt he has gained a new voter in the process. That is a recipe to lose the election if we have the misfortune of seeing him on the ballot in 2024. And I guarantee you, I will be one of the first ones to tell you I told you so, and Iām sure you will simply throw out insults and whine about how itās everyone elseās fault.

DeSantis did a very good job in Florida. Admittedly, he may not have the right people skills or crowd skills, but the fact that he isn't always ducking questions and trying to please both sides might in other circumstances be regarded as admirable.
He has the horrible judgement to listen to the Bush and Karl (marx) Rove team.
Trump wouldnāt have picked him. He just ran for re-election and owed it to the Florida voters to fulfill his term. However he could have then easily run in 2028 and would have had MAGA behind him. Not now though, MAGA wonāt ever be behind him now.

This is especially unbecoming since Ron has felt the hot fangs of Fraud up close and personal. It was a dark and stormy night on November 6, 2018. The Fraud Switch was flipped and Ron’s narrow edge over Gillum was shrinking by the hour. A red phone rang on President Trump’s desk - it was the FBI. Within the hour they were en route to Miami. With just minutes to spare, they stopped the Fraud cold. President Trump saved the election.

DeSantis opinions follow his donors. Lots of never Trumpers. The problem is the big donors and the masses donāt have the same needs.
The civil rights issue of our time is if voting matters. When state legislatures laws are ignored, when signatures arenāt matched, when illegal ballots and counterfeit ballots are everywhere, when there are more votes then registered voters, and non-profits are partisan in action, your vote is muffled by fraud.
The problem is that Desantis is a politician in early 21st century US. i.e. he’s corrupt.
I don’t trust a single one of them. It’s all just Kabuki theater. At least Trump is not part of the uniparty.
