Too funny! I love watching my guys, they seem smart. I have a bird bath in the backyard close to where I toss bread. Several of them have a habit of taking the bits to the birdbath, dipping and soaking before eating.

Probably a raven. Know how you can tell the difference between a crow and a raven if you aren’t close enough to see some of the telltale signs (besides the size)?

When crows land in a tree, they fidget when they land, moving around as if trying to settle their balance.

Ravens just land in that tree and are still...:)

My Grandpa had a pet crow. He would put feed on his wide rim farm hat and the crow would land on his head and eat it.

I am a huge fan of Blue Jays, who are part of the crow family (Corvids). I find them goofier and more entertaining than crows!

Crows are smarter, though.

I never saw a black and white crow before.

Looks more like a helping crow than a hungry one. What crow in its right mind would want to risk those spines in its face?

Interesting. There are crows where I live, no ravens. Occasionally a "murder" of them will hang out around my place. Never noticed the fidget thing. Next time they "drop in" I'll pay more attention. ;O)

I noticed that too. It looks prettier than normal crows!

Not a crow. Crows are all black. Looks like a magpie. They are related though.

“That crow is not a democRAT”

Apparently, they don’t like crows. They declared the black crows scenes in the original Dumbo movie was racist even though the crows were the heros.

No, no, no. The crow was not just nudging, it was trying to turn it over to get at the not prickly parts. I will believe in the “goodness” of a crow when the video shows it flying off.
