It is possible that Spencer was aware of credible evidence of the fact or perhaps was just aware of the opinions of co-workers who were in possession of such evidence.
Anyone here doubt what the ComDems would do if somehow their attempt to manage the results of the next presidential election fail? Does anyone doubt they have a serious agenda? The most recent Jan6 "riot" could well appear as a minor event in comparison.
The problem with the hysteria is that it lacks all historical perspective.
For most of human history we have lived in dire poverty and been threatened by war, revolutions of all kinds and other violence.
People today are spoiled brats by comparison.
