In August, the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office dropped the charges against Elizabeth Fuster. The case is now closed.
Gonzalez and Williams were facing grand theft in the third degree after prosecutors reduced their charges.
However, according to The Daily Mail, Gonzalez was accepted into a state program and if he completes it, the charges against him will also be dropped.

Of course! Once you are employed by the federal government you can commit any crime and there's no accountability, whereas the citizenry can be arrested for any reason, or no reason at all, and there's no justice.

The arrest affidavits say Gonzalez and Fuster waived their rights at the time of arrest and provided written confessions. Williams refused to talk.
Huh? ...and the charges are dropped vs. Fuster and Gonzalez loses his security credentials and gets charges dropped if he completes some program ?
no mention if they were fired.

This is carry-on stuff - these TSA agents are stealing from travelers who are forced to put their belongings in plastic trays and then submit to the TSA’s gropings. And they get away with it, even when caught red-handed on video.
