Apple is set to host specialized entrepreneur training camps that bars applicants based on their race and sex. To participate, organizations must have “black, Hispanic/Latinx, or Indigenous” members in both leadership and on staff.
The program will include two cohorts in October and November, the “underrepresented founders” and “female founders” groups. The camps, which offer valuable resources such as “one-on-one code-level guidance from Apple engineers,” list eligibility requirements that exclude would-be participants on the basis of their race and sex.
In order to participate in the underrepresented founders program, an organization must have “a black, Hispanic/Latinx, or Indigenous founder, cofounder, or CEO,” the eligibility requirements read. Organizations must also have a “black, Hispanic/Latinx, Indigenous, or female developer.”

Illegal, wrong and unconstitutional.
Apple must have received government funding agenda grows.
It will all be declared illegal, and soon thereafter it will be raining money.
Probably not unconstitutional. Decades ago (I think in the 1970s), the Supreme Court recognized "protected classes" to whom different rules applied.
Sooo....why don’t they just come right out and say it. Be honest, for a refreshing change. No Whiteys need apply. It’s not complex.

Apple can atone for its racism and sexism by opening training in Administrative Assistance to white boys only.
They can call it: AdminiBoyz!

But of course Apple will argue that discrimination in favor of Protected Classes is legal, and therein lies the problem. No such groups should exist.
It violates the civil rights act.
I think the Civil Rights Act was the basis for the Supreme Court creating the concept of “protected classes.” That and/or the 14th Amendment.

When one race openly declares its superiority over another, and a significant portion of the public believes it’s a good thing to judge people by their skin color, and racial segregation is an acceptable practice, are we really any different than our predecessors were before the Civil War? Only the roles have reversed. Everything else is still the same.

Not sure about those claims but the separating is telling.
It acknowledges that a person in a given culture is more comfortable around their own people. To put it another way, the multiculturism, diversity, woke stuff doesn’t work too well.
To put it another way, some races/cultures are better at intellectual activities than others. Some races/cultures have natural skills that command higher pay than others.
This is all statistically speaking. There are geniuses and super athletes in all of them.
And I see Asian and Jewish are missing. Hmm 🤔.
Let’s not give them any ideas, now!
