As the second day of the impeachment trial of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton took place, his lawyer Tony Buzbee brought immediate sunlight onto the motives of those who want Paxton removed.
Ken Paxton defeated George P Bush in the primary race. The Bush clan and professional republicans in the Texas political circle were not happy.
Jeff Mateer was the Asst. AG when Paxton took office; Mateer is part of the professional republican apparatus who did not like Paxton, and Mator became a whistleblower against his boss. In this soundbite Tony Buzbee puts the timeline of activity in front of Mateer, including the date that George P Bush reactivated his law license. WATCH:

Now, this is not a simple matter which the Assistant AG tries to convey. This is about George P Bush not winning the primary. AG Paxton did not beat George P Bush in the primary, George P Bush (and his backers) beat George P Bush. Texas voters had already seen enough of George P Bush during his term as Texas Land Commissioner.
Note, Texas has a long history of political disputes. But the sense of patriotism to the State of Texas, still runs strong. In spite of some bitter disputes.
The Bushes are Deep State stooges.

For those of you not living in Texas, simply look at it this way: When you hear the word “Paxton”, think “Trump”, then it all makes sense.

George P Bush, offended a number of groups when he was one of the Texas Land Commissioners. George P defeated himself.
Bear in mind, George P Bush is JEB Bush’s son. Many here dislike all the Bush’s, but JEB Bush is the weak sister of the group.
I actually like George W, but after leaving office a lot of things popped up that have reduced my opinion of W. He is on the Globalist side, like his father (George HW Bush, who headed the CIA before being VP And President)

Yes, and the ComDem’s are afraid if President Trump is re-elected he will choose Texas AG Paxton to be the US AG. The current US AG Garland is totally corrupt and Paxton would make a good AG under Trump.
