This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

FR is lucrative?
I don’t doubt there are some Russian pros posting here, but it doesn’t make much sense. FR is hardly influential these days.
Almost as funny as the tires, should have given you fair warning first
There are quite a few Russians on FR by my count. Influence does not matter, just the number of postings here and on other sites. Quantity has a quality all its own.
Your opinion, if find it very useful, don’t think it was ever intended to be an influencer but a place for folks to share news and ideas
True, and I imagine that many of those who complain about monetized this and that are themselves taking advantage of it.
I love esp. the ones who complain about links to YouTube…. Making money for others, nefarious or not, that is what youtube X…. are about these days
What about links to news stories on legacy media, they are in it to make money as well(well at least some of them)
Don’t want to help them get “rich” don’t visit their sites
This is made possible by the destruction of the S-400 in Crimea.
I would expect more TB2 video over the next couple of weeks.
“Up to 20 Bayraktar TB2s are still actively serving Ukraine as long-range reconnaissance assets. Since August, these UCAVs have once again been employed for strike missions over Kherson Oblast.”

Maybe Armenia should have joined NATO instead of joining up with the Dirty RuZZians?

Maybe use restrictions on Bayraktars were part of the grain deal.
If Pootie doesn’t satisfy Erdogan at their upcoming meeting, I’d expect new trouble for Russia’s Black Sea Fleet, as well as more Bayraktars on the hunt.
Thanks for your insights yesterday, on the very significant shift in the Artillery battle in Ukraine, since May (the counteroffensive timeframe).
The target acquisition by Ukrainian drones, the improved battle management software, and the strike capability with HIMARS/GMLRS, Excalibur and DPICM (cluster) rounds; must all be biting hard.
Here is what ISW reported yesterday:
“Estonian Defense Forces Intelligence Center Commander Colonel Margo Grosberg reported on September 1 that Ukrainian artillery capabilities are “equal or even better” than those of Russian forces and have been able to push Russian artillery units back from the frontline, preventing them from supporting Russian forces. This observation is not universally true across the frontline, as Ukrainian units regularly report coming under heavy Russian artillery fire corrected by Russian drones.
Grosberg also stated that Ukrainian forces have been successful at severely damaging Russian artillery radars since July. Russian sources have repeatedly expressed concerns since mid-July over the lack of Russian counterbattery artillery capabilities, particularly in southern Ukraine.”
PIF’s post yesterday on monthly Russian Artillery losses, which showed a big surge during the Ukrainian counteroffensive, starting in May (which Oryx does not show - they may be just dialing it in, as their shutdown approaches), may be accompanied by another significant related trend - lower Ukrainian Artillery losses (my inference).
Part of Russia’s Artillery losses have been their counter battery radars. If Russia significantly loses their counter battery capability, casualty ratios could become quite lopsided, because Artillery is usually (very usually) the biggest killer.
Artillery advantage was perhaps Russia’s strongest asset on the battlefield in the Ukraine, once the front lines settled down. That seems to be gone.
It is looking like Russia’s biggest remaining tactical advantage, is just the ability to mobilize a lot of poorly trained light Infantry. That, against Ukraine’s Artillery advantages, is a recipe for slaughter.
Russia’s huge fleets of major ground combat platforms, like armored vehicles and Artillery, have been moving quickly from reserve storage areas in Russia, to scrapyards in the Ukraine.
Even if Russia successfully buys up North Korea’s huge Artillery fleets and stockpiles, it will not change the technical edge that Ukraine has (North Korean gear is a step down), but only extend the attrition timeframe. A Geostrategic post war situation where North Korea is also significantly disarmed, would be a loss to China. Potential Korean scenarios complicate any conflict with China, for American planners.
You are probably correct.

“Roman Starovoyt, governor of Kursk Oblast, Russia, has reported a fire in a “non-residential building” as a result of an attack by Ukrainian drones on the city of Kurchatov...
Starovoyt also reported three strikes during the bombardment by Ukraine of the village of Tyotkino, Glushkovsky district.
In addition, Starovoyt wrote that two Ukrainian UAVs were shot down in the border areas of the region: near the village of Kozino, Rylsky district, and near the village of Gornal, Sudzhansky district.”
Ukraine ‘targets critical bridge’ built by Putin as counteroffensive ‘breaks through on southern front’
(https://news.yahoo.com/ukraine-targets-critical-bridge-built-175030580.html )
“Russia says Ukraine has targeted a critical bridge that links the country to annexed Crimea, as Kyiv says its counteroffensive has broken through on the southern front.
Russia’s defence ministry said its forces had destroyed three Ukrainian drones attempting to attack the Kerch bridge – forcing closure for the third time in a year – with one drone intercepted late on Friday and two others early on Saturday.”
