PEGASUS & Racoon War Wagon

I finally got a wagon. I thought I was paying too much on the walk to buy it. But then the seller cam across as such a good guy I gave him an extra 20 euros for his ... thing (I should have paid better attention but I was pushing the wagon back and forth)... that he works for helping children with bikes.

I bought the wagon a couple of days ago. Luckily I had a bicycle repair appointment for today. If you want your bike fixed in Berlin, you can expect to be given a date in a month. I seriously needed a new basket. My old one was badly warped and actually split in the back from a crash into a tree. I went too far hugging the grass line to avoid a sand trap and I was glad the basket took the hit.

Then my kickstand broke so I got on that stands on both sides. I need to pull PEGASUS back hard to get it to stand. But leaving is a simple push forward on the handle grips and it auto closes. I don't know how my kickstand broke. I had it chained outside and it was broke.

The wagon has a wooden box with a Racoon flipping double digits. The box can be taken out but I like it. Reminds me of the 1986 Monte Carlo (dark blue with metallic specs, tinted windows) with hood scoop I had. On the hood scoop was painted a Wolf wearing sunglasses in Hawaii and holding up two Coors Light beers. Under it read: Beer Wolf

And I had the brakes tightened. As always.

Sorry to hear.
I wish we had good weather.
This is the least tan I got in 30 years because of constant rain spells.
Maybe 20 years.

The wagon is old school. I had to go to a specialty bike shop to get the right part for it to be hitched.

The bad thing about going too far is that you are now too far and options are extremely limited.
It's a calculation of damage control.
Arm up or leg out?

My light helmet is on the seat. It's meant to be seen and not for you to be able to see, at night.
There are three settings. Of course I use steady but it also does strobe fast and slow which are fun at home. Hahaha.

But I can say this light helmet really helps going through the woods at night.

Was riding early morning when I saw a full unopened cigarette pack in the bicycle lane. I managed to avoid it, stopped and pocketed it... I don't smoke so I don't even know why I took it. Just reflex I guess.

But then further on there was a man flagging me down who was short, skinny, blonde hair, only wearing pants and looked like he was to hell and back. So I stopped because in Germany it is the law that you must stop and render assistance. Turned out he wanted a light for his cigarette. But I don't smoke so I had no light. Then I offered him the cigarettes and he was very happy. Told me in English: Thank You My Man!

I told my wife about it and she said I increased his problem.

Sorry I have no picture to post. Just thought I#d share a funny storr.
