If there ever was a movie that shows why the Second Amendment is important it was this one.
There was a moment in the movie when I murmured softly "and that is why I have an AR-15". Apparently not softly enough as the lady beside me heard and chuckled.
Jonathan Cahn has some interesting things to say about the movie *Barbie*.

The video at the link is definitely worth watching if anyone wants an idea of what the movie is about with having to go and see it. It’s 26 minutes long.
One other point about Barbie - it was a firehose of saccharin, plastic, hollywood spectacle. The superficial story with hoakey dialogue was purposeful, as it is a satire about a famously marketed doll. This typically American/Hollywood exaggeration did provide for some funny one-liners.
Although its not for children, there was no sex or violence. Yes, and it was full feminist cliches about patriarchy, empowerment and female self-actualization. At times it seemed almost like it was satirizing that as well
I can’t believe any self respecting man would go to see a Barbie movie.
“This critic spent days reading Twitter. “
Todays investigative reporters never speak to real people.
I haven’t seen either film. IMHO the days of pure entertainment are long gone so I choose my film, tv and book choices very carefully.
“tribal thinking”
The word ‘tribal’ has a primitive connotation but I’m warming up to the idea that conflicting cultures need to live geographically separately from each other, have their own laws, and reap the benefits and pay the consequences of their choices.
