Merrick Garland’s DOJ told House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan that his subpoenas for two FBI agents involved in the investigation into Hunter Biden cannot be enforced due to an ongoing investigation.
Last week House Republicans subpoenaed FBI special agents Thomas Sobocinski and Ryeshia Holley to compel testimony on political interference and preferential treatment in the Hunter Biden investigation.
Garland’s DOJ said the subpoenas couldn’t be enforced because Congressman Jim Jordan barred DOJ lawyers at their depositions.
“The subpoenas issued by the Committee prohibit the attendance of agency counsel at appearances by two FBI employees where the Committee has indicated it will ask questions regarding information they learned within the scope of their official duties, including regarding the ongoing criminal investigation,” Carlos Uriarte, DOJ assistant attorney general wrote.

The answer is U.S.I.S.
Under Clinton the duties of federal applicant background checks was outsourced to a shell corporation known as United States Investigative Services. Prior to that the federal government processed the background checks of applicants under the oversight of OBM, office and budget management.
Eventually a whistleblower came forward to expose a scheme within usis to not only commit fraudulent fabricated background checks, but in the commission of doing so also defrauded taxpayers to the tune of nearly 7 billion dollars.
This led to nearly 700,000 improperly vetted federal applicants receiving security clearance checks to the nation’s most secure intelligence oversight positions.
The whistle blowers name is Blake Percival. However a web search will produce very little information regarding this because any mention on the internet has been nearly scrubbed.
So if there is any question regarding how the enemy secured such vital positions within our government, one look no further than U.S.I.S. which was successfully used to infiltrate and take over every branch, every level, and every agency of the U.S. government.
Here is a brief oversight:

Not one of these roughly 270 Republicans have pointed out that Overtly Fake Justice and SC Investigations are routine and they simply run out the clock for 5-7 years to protect the subjects of the Investigation.
No one has said, we need a change here. This is fraudulent.
GOP is fake opposition at this point.

Throw Garland the heck out on his head for failing to uphold his sworn duties. March him out of his office with a couple of Marines.
The GOPe congressional pukes don’t even have enough votes to start an impeachment inquiry on Xiden. Fair prediction they will get tossed out next fall after only one term, and folks think times now are bad.

I cannot think of a single reason why the DOJ would comply with anything that this feckless & ballless GOP House requests or demands...
Clearly the DOJ is scared.
They have lost lots of their cases and now the sharks are circling.
Now if we can just get the GOP-e to stop fighting Americans.
OK. So Congress has the power to shut off FBI funding, and should. This country should not be governed by a secret militarized intelligence police apparatus. They are nowhere in the Constitution. So eradicate them.
I believe a congressional investigation takes precedence over any department’s. Nobody elected members of the department of Justice.
I believe the Supremes will ultimately rule in favor of the Senate subpoenas.
When the House voted that Holder was guilty of contempt of congress, nothing happened. “The DOJ must be independent!” They use that for partisan motives and get away with it.
Garland finally showing his true colors. A bass turd who believes that he’s above the law. A friggin’ Nazi.
