As The Gateway Pundit reported, Joe Biden’s White House Counsel’s office quietly met with Special Counsel Jack Smith’s aides just weeks before the leading presidential candidate was indicted on 37 charges related to classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago. President Trump called this “an absolute No No!”
In a two-part Truth Social post, President Trump stated he will appeal.
Deranged Jack Smith & his team of Thugs, who were caught going to the White House just prior to Indicting the 45th President of the United States (an absolute No No!), have been working on this Witch Hunt for almost 3 years, but decided to bring it smack in the middle of Crooked Joe Biden’s Political Opponent’s campaign against him. Election Interference! Today a biased, Trump Hating Judge gave me only a two month extension, just what our corrupt government wanted, SUPER TUESDAY. I will APPEAL!

The question should be “who gets the benefit of the doubt?”
In this case it shouldn’t matter about any innocence the government claims, that they government caused doubt should go in the defendants favor.

Trump needs to use 4 March date to his advantage. Campaign like hell right up to 4 March. At EVERY Rally Make damn sure the audience knows he is being FORCED to suspend his campaign by a crooked DEMOCRAT judge who is INTENTIONALLY interfering with his campaign.
Trump’s first statement in court should be to levy a charge of campaign interference directly on the judge’s head.
I agree 💯%. It’s completely outrageous. My father fought in WW2 and would be appalled if he were alive today witnessing this government takeover and treachery at all reaches of life.

Exactly the right strategy, I agree.
It is a little troubling, though, how PDJT hasn’t held a campaign event since his speech in NH precisely three weeks ago today.
I hope this time of the campaign trail doesn’t come back to bite him because it’s a fact that folks in places like NH, Iowa, SC,etc., put a premium on being “courted” frequently at this stage of the primary season.
Probably tomorrow I bet.

Too many lawyers are too scared to bring timely motions to disqualify prejudiced judges, as in DC #Trump case. They fear such a Judge will punish them for bringing the motion, but that very fear is why the motion must be brought. An unprejudiced judge won’t be adversely affected.

The same Judge that said it would take more than a year to bring a simple misdemeanor J6 case to trial also now set #Trump case with 12 million+ documents to an early trial date almost twice as quickly.

This could be part of the Trump team gambit. A gag order on a presidential candidate should illicit a quick appeal.
Getting this farcical case thrown out on appeal before it starts is a winning strategy. The left is so giddy and arrogant they don’t even see it coming.
