I am not aware of President Trump signing anything that mandated a vaccine.
Biden definitely signed an EO that forced contractors to get it else lose their job.
He was 100% behind the vaccine. I don’t know if he actually signed anything, but he certainly supported it, funded it, gave it special breaks from the regulations, and defended it. And still defends it, btw.
Trump was a well-known germaphobe - not quite Howard Hughes level, but pretty close - and the Dems exploited this personal weakness. It’s also the reason the Russian prostitutes story was always so impossible.
All he has to do is admit it, say he was wrong, apologize and swear never to do it again.
But he won’t, and the reason he didn’t show up at the ”debate” was because he j knew he’d be asked about it.
