As a Judge of Elections in Pennsylvania I can state unequivocally that our ballot scanners are NOT connected to the Internet in any way, shape, or form.

Sim cards are removed at the close of polling hours and placed into a sealed bag for delivery to the County elections office.

Printouts from the scanners are posted on the doors of the polling place, with additional copies going to the County and one remaining with another election official for one year.

Well that settles in Biden really did get 91,000,000 votes. Yep I believe it now for sure, thanks for clearing that up for us.

Were spectrum analyzers like those used in electronic countermeasures by the military operating while the voting was going on to prove there was no RF on ANY BAND including cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth, Near Field Comms, or audio chirp comms in the area?

You can only attest to the few physical devices you are aware of where you actually are. You can’t attest to the entire state, much less all of Philadelphia. Just because your site doesn’t have any cheating you notice, doesn’t mean its not occurring anywhere in PA.

Is there a system wide audit that reconciles the local counts at the close of the precinct with the numbers reported and tabulated centrally? In my experience, the lack of full and thorough post-election system wide audits that can detect fraud is a major weakness. The bills used to pay for a snack at a convenience store have more anti-fraud safeguards than our votes do.

And can You please tell us what the EXACT CHAIN OF CUSTODY is for the SIMM Cards removal through delivery to the COUNTY ELECTIONS OFFICE ?

And I mean for EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF TIME from the SIMM REMOVAL TO DELIVERY.

And then exact details of what happens when the SIMM CHIPS after the completion of delivery to the COUNTY ELECTIONS OFFICE ?

Who touches them and what happens in detail.

What kind of Security is used ? And details of the security.

Ummmm - hate to break this to you, but a SIM card in a device other than a phone is only used for data-communications over a cellular network - especially connections to the internet. If the SIM cards are removed AFTER the polling hours have concluded, then that indicates they were installed DURING polling hours.

In other words, they had all that was necessary to be connected to the internet, and therefore accessible to others via the internet.
