A Utah man who posted threats to Joe Biden was shot and killed during an FBI raid Wednesday morning.
Craig Robertson, 75, was shot and killed early Wednesday morning, according to the FBI in Salt Lake City.
According to reports, Robertson was facing 3 counts after posting threats to Joe Biden: Interstate threats, threats against the president, and influencing, impeding and retaliating against federal law enforcement officers by threat.
Robertson allegedly threatened to kill Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and officials prosecuting Trump in a series of social media posts.
“I hear Biden is coming to Utah. Digging out my old ghillie suit and cleaning the dust off the M24 sniper rifle,” Robertson allegedly said in a social media post according to the complaint.
No further details of the raid were provided.
ABC News reported:
A Utah man was shot and killed during an FBI raid early Wednesday morning, the FBI confirmed to ABC News. The raid was in connection with an investigation into alleged threats against President Joe Biden and others, according to two officials briefed on the case.
One of the officials told ABC News that the investigation began in April and the U.S. Secret Service was notified by the FBI in June. In addition to threatening posts, the official said, the man under investigation suggested online he was making plans to take physical action. The threats had been deemed “credible,” the official said.
The FBI in Salt Lake City said the shooting occurred around 6:15 am. local time while special agents attempted to serve arrest and search warrants at a residence in Provo.
“The FBI takes all shooting incidents involving our agents or task force members seriously,” the FBI said in a statement. “In accordance with FBI policy, the shooting incident is under review by the FBI’s Inspection Division. As this is an ongoing matter, we have no further details to provide.”
Breaking?
If he posted that online, it was very unwise.
That said, I’m guessing he could have easily been arrested without incident if our government didn’t play stormtroopers.
David Koresh went into town multiple times a week, but ATF wanted to play GI Joe…
Trumps’s first act as President should be to declare by Executive Order the FBI must disarm. They can not store, carry, possess or train on any weapons.
They can and should carry on all their investigative and counter-espionage work.
If in a rare case the encounter a dangerous situation, they can coordinate with local police and/or US Marshalls.
At 75 the guy was probably some demented nursing home reject recruited by the DNC’s special branch—as the Church Lady would say “how convenient.”
a certain poster yesterday was elated over the death of this man

That’s a good idea. I like that.
He was foolish to post online and should have known it was actually illegal to do so.
That being said I still personally believe the FBI had him executed, they never attempted to actually serve a warrant, they wanted to send a message instead.
Golly! That's quite a list of THREATS to justify a federal execution.
What happened to all those Antifa Thugs who actually took those ACTIONS in the summer of 2020?
How many are still employed by the FIB?
Sounds like a bunch of Feddies will be getting the Ruby Ridge Raid Medal of Got’em.
A Dispicable human.
Look through that handles posting history. Real piece of work.
In another recent post shared on X, formerly Twitter, by journalist Aric Toler, Robertson allegedly wrote: "Perhaps Utah will become famous this week as the place a sniper took out Biden the Marxist."He called himself a "MAGA Trumper". Hoo boy, the MSM is going to have a field day with that.Robertson called himself a "MAGA Trumper" in at least one post, a reference to former President Donald Trump's "Make America Great Again" slogan. He was a registered Republican, according to records obtained by Newsweek.
Court documents say he referenced a "presidential assassination" and made threats to Vice President Kamala Harris and law enforcement officials overseeing court cases against Trump, including Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
"The time is right for a presidential assassination or two. First Joe then Kamala!!!" he wrote in a Facebook post on September 19, 2022.
The FBI's investigation into Robertson began with a tip about the threat against Bragg from Trump's Truth Social platform in March, according to the court documents.
Robertson posted that he would be "waiting in the courthouse parking garage" with a suppressed weapon and wanting to "put a nice hole in his forehead." His account was later suspended from Truth Social.
Two FBI agents went to Robertson's house in Provo on March 19 after the warning about him from Truth Social and found him wearing a Trump hat and an "AR-15 style rifle lapel pin," one of the FBI agents wrote in an affidavit.
The affidavit said Robertson told them his threat toward Bragg was just "a dream."
"We're done here! Don't return without a warrant!" Robertson told the agents, according to the affidavit.
Five days later, Robertson posted on Facebook: "To my friends in the Federal Bureau of Idiots: I know you're reading this and you have no idea how close your agents came to 'violent eradication.'"
In another social media post cited in the document, Robertson wrote: "Hey FBI, you still monitoring my social media? Checking so I can be sure to have a loaded gun handy in case you drop by again."
LOL.
This dude cosplayed storm trooper…
Cases like this were in the past handled quietly by putting obviously mentally disturbed people into a federal psychiatric facility. This was a 75-year-old man who weighed about 300 lbs and used a cane. Yes, he broke the law by issuing threats, but he was obviously not a real threat, and no SWAT team was necessary. I don’t recall any other cases where they sent in an FBI swat team with a battering ram in such a case. It sounds like more of a warning to anyone who openly opposes the Biden regime.
I worked for a government agency that dealt with disability claims. We had a case that had a big flash in his file that if he was ever released from the psychiatric facility we were supposed to notify the Secret Service since the guy had threatened every president starting with Eisenhower. Never once was he the subject of a SWAT raid.
Probably did.
yup. and there were others who defended his comments. calling Trump supporters a cult.
How much of a threat could a 75 year old be if his camouflage suit and rifle were dusty from years of no use?
More BS from the FBI goons.
Yeah, I’ll bet he got naked and took showers with his young daughter too.
