If someone wants to cash in all their dollars for a currency based on the economies of Russia, Brazil and South Africa, good luck.
You forgot the most important part: good luck cashing them in, we're broke and were our Government ever stupid enough to try printing their way to paying them out, the entire world's economy would crash beyond the point of repair.
