It’s safer to attack one’s enemy in the press publicly if the enemy is not in one’s home country. At least kudos to CNN for the juxtaposition for people paying attention at least with that “cosmic irony.”

Woodward & Bernstein weren't upset by the USA trying to imprison the main political opponent to Joe Biden via a weaponized justice system. Instead they were upset by the justice system in Russia and other countries being used to imprison political opponents.
