The decision makers will quickly learn they made a deal with a devil.

Democrats are convinced that a person’s title or position, regardless of how it was earned or given to them in a corrupt process, automatically means that said person is competent. Ergo, the same old, tired, corrupt, incompetent retreads continue to get jobs because they can’t do anything else.

So, Northwestern will hire her. She’ll bark some orders to the underlings and then disappear. Maybe have a weekly meeting or Zoom thing and that will be it. The problem might get solved, it might not. But, if it is solved it won’t be because of anything she did and she’ll get all the credit.

“personnel is policy.” If a person is more interested in a Human Resource department than Church, then he deserves to be deceived by the HR department.

Hiring Lynch is basically a payoff to the Puppet Biden regime because Northwestern knows that the feds are coming in to investigate, regardless who they hire.

It’s a pay to play scheme, a donation in-kind to the democrat party, hoping to stave off the federal inquisition that’s coming.

Northwestern is a cesspool.

I’ve been there. Not impressed.

I wonder how this happens in this day and age. Coaches and athletic departments have to be aware of what is going on in their programs. My take is he has been 1-8 in the B10 for the last 2 seasons. Instead of firing him for his lousy record and having to pay 8 years on his remaining $42M contract, TPTB decided to pull a fast one to try and get out of it..
