So many countries did the same thing. It's just a question of which country is the weakest link? Some bureaucrat somewhere is going to either confess, or else answer poorly in an effort to maintain the cover-up. Either way, someone somewhere is going to give the game away. And then it's dominoes as each country in turn has to eventually say, “Yeah, we told a lot of lies and killed a lot of people.”
