The plea deal reached by Hunter Biden's legal team and federal prosecutors has reportedly fallen apart after US District Judge Maryellen Noreika brought up the potential for future FARA charges.

Hunter’s attorneys would only proceed if all other charges were off the table.
The DOJ said that they were, and then when the judge asked about the other charges... the DOJ couldn’t talk about them because they were under investigation.
The DOJ must have been lying about one or the other.
The judge wasn’t buying it.
That’s what happens when you try to game the system and lie to a judge

Watching the Bidens represented in legal proceedings by the defense team of lawyers AND the DOJ prosecution team attorneys, is pretty darn surreal.
Yep, they wanted TOTAL immunity and they won’t get it.
They'll either get it, or the DOJ will slow-walk the other charges into 2050 or so.
The DOJ is trying to figure out how to get Hunter out of this. It's either: (a) The matter's been settled, or (b) we can't talk about it because it's under investigation.

Biden’s don’t have any room for plea deals they own the crimes evidence of their acts are in.
It’s not known where the loot is but it’s known how it was made.
Many bank robber are in the joint for the crime and money wasn’t found.
