SecDef Austin is out of line. He is not a diplomat and the US Military takes its direction from the ambassador in any country. I remember working as SGS NCOIC CINC Korea and JUSMAGK and seeing my boss the 4 star or the 2 star report to the ambassador for an ass chewing.
Austin should reprimanded. He has not place echoing the the DNC party line overseas.
