Thanks. Have it and started reading. Paints a clear contrast between leading public opionion to persuade them of a public good and misleading the public to do something underhanded.

For instance at P 33 it states " In making up its mind, [a group's] first impulse is usually to follow the example of a trusted leader."

There is that trust word.
