President Trump Denounces Biden Decision to Send Cluster Bomb Munitions to Ukraine

p>President Trump does not mince words when it comes to the senseless bloodshed and chaos in Ukraine.

As Joe Biden meets with NATO members to consider their latest strategies to expand the proxy war in Ukraine, President Trump denounces the decision to provide cluster bombs.

altIt should be noted, this recent decision by Biden follows an earlier decision by NATO to send depleted uranium munitions into the battlefield. Ukraine is quickly turning into a toxic killing field as World War Reddit continues.

DONALD J TRUMP – “Joe Biden should not be dragging us further toward World War III by sending cluster munitions to Ukraine—he should be trying to END the war and stop the horrific death and destruction being caused by an incompetent administration. These unexploded cluster munitions will be killing and maiming innocent Ukrainian men, women, and children for decades to come, long after the war—we pray—has ended.

If, as Biden inadvertently admitted, the reason for sending cluster bombs now is that the United States is “running out of ammunition” (a great breach of classified information), that only further emphasizes the urgency of immediately deescalating this bloody, dangerous, and out of control conflict. It certainly means we should not be sending Ukraine our last stockpiles at a time when our own arsenals, according to Crooked Joe Biden, are so perilously diminished.

There could be no more vivid proof that Joe Biden’s policy of endless war in Ukraine has tremendously weakened the United States than the humiliating admission that the USA is now out of ammo, something our enemies are undoubtedly salivating over. This “admitted” weakness is an invitation to enemies all over the world. Joe Biden is needlessly and dangerously leading us into World War III, which would be a nightmare beyond imagination—obliteration!

We must stop this insanity, immediately end the bloodshed in Ukraine, and return to a focus on America’s vital interests. Most importantly, we must completely rebuild our depleted military so it is once again so strong—like it was just 3 years ago when I rebuilt it—that no nation would even think of threatening our people. We must have “PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH” and in a short time, the Presidential election of 2024 will produce that result.” (read more)

[…] NBC News asked most of the 2024 GOP presidential campaigns Monday for comment to gauge where other candidates stand on the munitions issue.

Only former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley responded, she said she supports the decision. (link)

I wonder if The Meatball is going to have anything to say on this or is he just going to keep his head down?

Don't count on it, he doesn't know what real Leadership is.

Ukraine, 2014
Human Rights Watch reported that “Ukrainian government forces used cluster munitions in populated areas in Donetsk city in early October 2014.” Also “circumstances indicate that anti-government forces might also have been responsible for the use of cluster munitions”.[66]

It is difficult to get any type of accurate news about what is really going on in Ukraine. But the cluster bomb “decision” signals clearly that the Ukrainian “counter-offensive” has been an absolute complete and total failure.

I love Trump. I love what he accomplished and what he was trying to accomplish when he held the White House. I like what he expresses but like more what he does.

Sometimes (not often) I cringe at what he says. He does have a ‘wild side’. But that is also why many like him, he holds nothing back.

All that said, its easy to quarterback from the sideline. It is mildly annoying when someone criticizes (even rightly) the actions or inactions of others, but does not articulate their own solution.

Trump wants the war to end (as do all sane folks). He says he can do it in a day. That I find hard to believe since the two belligerents are going to be hard to convince. It takes two to stop the fight. Is Trump going to just pull the plug on Ukrainian support? I dont think so. It was Trump who sent TOW missiles to Ukraine, while Obama sent blankets, after all.

It is hard to say exactly what Trump is thinking with a rapid path to peace. I suspect it may mean ceding eastern Ukraine to Russia. Personally I don’t care if that happens. Eastern Ukraine was mostly Russian speaking before the war and the Ukraine is kind of an artificially created country. This may piss off some people here but the cultures matter. What is the reason to blow all this treasure on a conflict we have no direct interest in? China is our problem and the guy at the top has been taking Chinese bribes. We have much bigger things to worry about than the Ukraine.

If the Democrats manage to cheat in the next election the current trajectory will continue and our enemies will take advantage of the situation. Our defenses will prove as illusory as the Maginot Line.

The majority of Ukraine is not even 100 years old, and the majority of that was forcefully given to Ukraine by communist leaders historical-map-of-Ukrainian-borders

Very similar things can be said about the USA. We are a very young country so you are pointing out things that are meaningless

“”””the majority of that was forcefully given to Ukraine by communist leaders””””

Russian leaders.

Some of you are starting to try and give the impression that Russia was a victim, just one of the slave states of the USSR or communists, a victim, and rather than Russia being defeated and its empire overthrown, that it escaped just like East Germany and Poland, and all the other countries that Reagan freed from Russian dominance.

Dear President Trump

Democrats induce, create, and inflame wars everywhere they can. Not to win them... but to prolong and profit from them

Republicans usually put up a strong deterrance which prevents many wars that otherwise would break out...

neither is 100 percent but these are usually pretty accurate generalizations

Russia is the curse, and today they are still being Russia and trying to enslave their neighbors in a massive European war.

Is Russia state sponsoring LGBTQ propaganda towards their children? Is it Russia or NATO which has expanded in the last 25 years?

What European countries do is none of Russia’s business, if a Finland or Sweden or Poland, or Lithuania seeks membership in NATO they are free to apply and NATO is free to accept or deny that application.

NATO is a membership, Russia is a conquering invader seeking new territories to absorb forever.

NATO expanded despite PROMISING Russia they would not

Also the Russian speaking areas of Ukraine all voted to join Russia, unlike Zelensky who has cancelled elections
