If she were on cocaine she would laugh hysterically for two minutes about 10 times in a half hour interview on serious subjects. She would repeat herself, babble, circle back to the same phrases again and again and sound incoherently stupid.
The cocaine is a plant...kind of a backup plan. Why in God's name would a little bag of coke turn into a feeding frenzy.

Hunter is with mommy and daddy and has been...even going overseas with them on a working vacation. And all this time, Hunter is doing coke in the safest location possible...with mommy and daddy in the next room and NEVER being bother by SS agents.
Kamala's behavior is more pot-like with her incessant laughing. Her tempo is too mellow to be cocaine, IMO.
If you saw Hunter on the WH balcony on July 4th, his behavior was more coke-like. He acted like a caged mongoose with an inability to relax.
Hunter left the baggie at the WH and had it not been found he would have forgotten where he stashed it, lol.
