45th President Donald J. Trump’s rise in the polls since Biden’s arrest of him seems to have concerned the Biden White House. Reports broke late Thursday and early Friday that Joe Biden’s lackey Jack Smith will be charging Trump 45 more times. It is believed charges related to January 6th will be included in the new batch of charges. This, as Trump predicted Friday that he will not face charges in Georgia.
Trump posted on TruthSocial Friday, “I predict that the Racist District Attorney in Atlanta, with the per capita WORST crime record in the Country, Fani Willis, where murderers “get away with murder,” and are seldom charged and almost never prosecuted, will be dropping all charges against me for lack of a case. I made a PERFECTLY LEGAL PHONE CALL, AS PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, ABOUT AN ELECTION THAT I STRONGLY FEEL WAS RIGGED AND STOLLEN. NONE of the MANY LAWYERS on the call minded my words, or even hinted at wrongdoing. SCAM!”
ack Smith’s new charges against Trump could come in states other than Florida. If this is the case, it’s extremely likely Trump would face January 6th related charges in Washington D.C.
National polls show Trump has built a 2-7 point lead over Biden since Biden’s DOJ arrested him.
Trump has also hauled in impressive fundraising totals since his arrest. Democrats running the Biden White House made a major political miscalculation, and they know it.
Many Democrats believe charging Trump in Washington D.C. may be one of the only ways the left can jail Trump before the 2024 election. Considering the fact that Democrats Hillary Clinton and Al Gore’s election losses were challenged in Congress on January 6th, charging Trump for exercising his constitutional right the same way Ms. Clintion and Mr. Gore did would take the term banana republic to a whole new level.
Even more absurd is the fact that January 6th Committee Member Jamie Raskin, who recommended Trump face J6-related charges, objected to Trump’s electors in 2016. Rep. Raskin still proudly displays his floor speech objecting to Trump’s victory on his official Congressional Youtube page.

Charging an American President for giving a speech and exercising his constitutional right to question an election outcome will take America down a dark path.
If they’re able to get him up on charges in DC and then try and convict him there with a stern and solemn Negro jury, they’ll throw him in jail and then Epstein him.
This is all about getting cases in front of a corrupt judge and Trump hating jury.
Trump has shown zero ability to manage these things.
He can’t shut up and no competent defense counsel will work for him.
He lost badly in the New York civil trial.
All signs are that he will be convicted in the New York state criminal trial. His team has put up nothing resembling a defense.
His only hope in Florida is jury nullification, because, once again, he has not actually asserted anything that looks like a proper defense, which is a shame because he has some good defenses.
His only hope in Georgia is Republican-appointed state appellate courts letting him off the hook, because, once again, no evidence of competent defense.
The DC charges are the big kahuna. They are ones for which significant prison time is likely, given the severity of the charges and because he’ll have prior convictions (see above) by the time he’s sentenced. The DOJ will likely seek remand and settle for house arrest with a GPS bracelet, and there’s a good chance that Trump will be so dumb that he’ll violate bail or house arrest terms and be in jail on pre-trial detention during the heat of the campaign.
Who said anything about legal fights? Just stop consenting. The Founders gave us the way to replace our government without a shot fired or drop of blood shed. It still requires sacrifice, but freedom isn't free. We either keep freedom or let it go. So, stop consenting.
Here are the guidelines for not consenting:
1. Don't have a taxable income
2. Don't be in debt
3. Don't buy firearms from FFL's
4. Don't give/accept the fiat Federal Reserve Notes
5. Don't own any property
Like I said, great sacrifice is required to hold freedom. This is why most of us don't do anything. See tagline.
When you are the subject of a POLITICAL prosecution THE last thing you should do is keep your mouth shut.
You mean the judges that are being threatened by the higher uppers like lawfare and project 96(?)? Trump doesn’t stand a chance. It’s all been planned, and the collusion is out of this world. Every lawyer every judge anybody that is associated with law have been compromised and threatened. He doesn’t stand a chance. They have polluted the law system with disbandment …Just look what they did to Lin Wood!
Give it a rest man. You live in foreign occupied territory! No wonder you are a defeatist! Who is going to do better against a corrupt DOJ and FBI and the crooks and creeps of the Biden Administration?
The left, seeing that their thousands of charges brought on Trump will not keep him from being elected and then pardoned, will go all out to assassinate him. They have stolen elections and piles of tax payer cash....I don’t think it’s beyond them to do it.
Please stop spreading that kind of vile BS. FYI: It is not going to convince anyone to vote for DeSanctus which I think is the goal of such speech.
I agree with #2 - don’t go into debt except for a home mortgage.
And he’ll charge President Trump with spitting on the ground, if all else fails.
Everyone can see what this is all about.
Will anybody stop it?
No.
What goes around comes around...............
my discontent is through my vote. If the voting system is broken, then my discontent is ignored.
Trump certainly could do better if he remotely wanted to do so. He is digging himself deeper into the hole, and no real criminal defense lawyers are willing to work with him given how bad a client he is. An appropriate defense and he would be have a real chance to run the table with acquittals ... but he is unable or unwilling to do that.
Ok. good luck!
honestly, to have lawyers that bad...
well.. it’s just not possible unless they are willingly blowing the cases.
You blaming Trump for being persecuted by a criminal Government only proves that you have an idiotic way of thinking. Be gone sunshine patriot.
Good luck to you and your uniparty talking point.
What have YOU done to “stop consenting” and how has that improved the situation?
I don’t blame Trump for being persecuted. I blame Trump for reacting so ineptly to that persecution. If someone shoots a hole in your boat, you start to bail water, not load ballast, regardless of who did the shooting or why.
How he’s mishandling these cases is the best evidence against the proposition he’ll somehow do a better job as a re-elected President than he did in his first. There can’t be any doubt that it would be the same - doing Ivana’s, McCarthy’s and McConnell’s bidding - and worse - indulging his whims and listening to grifters with eight years’ more age eroding his judgment.
