Is YouTube telling creators who filed video appeals to have their channels remonetized that they have "carefully reviewed" their appeal videos when in fact NO ONE actually looked at them? In my case, I have evidence that they DID NOT look at my video appeal. Not surprising since I sent the appeal video to them yesterday (June 26) AFTERNOON and by 2:08 AM PDT on June 27 they somehow managed to not only "see" my video but also reviewed and passed judgement upon it. "See" in quotes because they did NOT see the video.
As a fringe benefit for seeing the case I present for mendacity on the part of YouTube, you get to see what I think is my highly entertaining appeal video that I sent to YouTube which reveals why their weaponization of the monetization process no longer works due to more profitable options for video creators.
PING!
People seem to think they can tell a company what to do. And even moreso when they don’t pay a dime. It’s ridiculous how people can be so entitled.
Yeah, strange how YouTube goes all out to enforce their censorship rules on conservative channels while letting leftist channels alone. This "fortifying" process will be accelerate the closer we get to the election next year. In the meantime, shame on me for complaining about YouTube flat out LYING.
If I had a small youtube channel with say 10 thousand subscribers how much $$$ on average Would I make per video would you say?
Another youtuber said they don’t review it.
YouTube will put ads on their channel and keep all the money
It depends on how many subscribers (and especially others) visit your channel. But here is the YUUUUUUGE downside with YouTube. Suppose you get a TREMENDOUS video. Lets just say it is a clear UHD video of space aliens walking out of their ship. Such a video would get BILLIONS of views and earn you MILLIONS of dollars. But here is the YUUUUUUGE problem.... While you are anxiously awaiting for YouTube to send you that revenue, if at anytime during that month they demonetize your channel for another video, then you DON'T get that money. They keep it. How do I know? Because they did that to me TWICE (although the amounts I lost were much less that what would be earned by a space alien video.)
Rumble doesn't do that crap which is why Rumble is much preferable to YouTube. You don't risk losing the revenue your videos earn.
YUP! Common practice which means they are... LIARS.
All I use YouTube for is “how-to” videos and documentaries.
I came across your vid in my u-toob feed (yes, the feed was actually working for a change!). My inclination has been to continue to support my friends as long as they continue to post, unless they say otherwise.
I do follow you on rumble as well.
Time for u-toob to die!
YouTube treats a lot of us as dangerous “bad actors” Rumble treats us as partners.
