But....
When someone has a distinguished academic record from Princeton and Note Dame, practiced law for 20 years and achieved the level of Superior Court Judge, and then went on to teach, write on and be a media SME regards the law (meaning he’s still dealing with the law) he carries some “heft.”
The title is legit. It’s not some honorary, womyns studies, or flakey medical degree from India... This man worked for what he achieved, respect that.
