Are there issues...Yes. Is Prigozhyn’s mercenaries being killed by Russian army? Yes.

But that doesn’t make it a civil war. However, it would be a great time to start one as Russia’s military is stretched very thin right now.

Russia closed the highway from Rostov on the Don to Shakhty.
That is 80 kilometers of closed highway in the last few hours.

No one closes a major highway like that for the hell of it.
