This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. No PEOPLE ever have a "say" in warfare and when attacked. National leaders, governments and politicians make such decisions.
This doesn't mean we should just write these people off as mere pawns in the political chess game. They are real people, like you and me, with real hopes, fears and lives. What is happening to them is clearly and morally wrong.
There are and have been more corrupt governments and countries in the long march of history. Ukraine is just one of many.
Even so, Hitler argued that Germans in Sudetenland were being culturally oppressed by the Czechs, Japan claimed China was interfering with their conquest of Manchukuo, Mexicans claimed White Anglos had no rights in Texas, etc., etc.When the Soviet Union fell, all 15 Russian Republics became independent nations, Ukraine and Russia being two of those. Both countries recognized each other's independence within a year.

Unknown drones fell near a military unit in the suburbs of Moscow this morning.
Around 5 a.m., 2 drones fell in Naro-Fominsk in the village of Kalininets. They landed near the warehouses of the military unit. Local residents heard two explosions.

I believe this is the fourth of fifth RU attack helicopter shot down over that last couple of days.
Attack helicopters and CAS aircraft would be the last line of defense against a UKR assault.
RU mobniks are being overrun...RU armor cannot respond...RU artillery cannot respond...therefore, RU attack helicopters and possibly CAS aircraft are being called to stop the Ukrainian assault.
MANPADs are probably the munition of choice.
