On Friday, a federal judge in Massachusetts ruled a shirt that read "THERE ARE ONLY TWO GENDERS" could be construed as bullying of a protected class and is not protected speech after a 12-year-old and his father filed suit against officials in the Middlesbrough Public School district for First and Fourteenth Amendment rights violations.
Judge Indira Talwani said in the court ruling, the boy and his father had "not established a likelihood of success on the merits where he is unable to counter Defendants’ showing that enforcement of the Dress Code was undertaken to protect the invasion of the rights of other students to a safe and secure educational environment."
"School administrators were well within their discretion to conclude that the statement 'THERE ARE ONLY TWO GENDERS' may communicate that only two gender identities–male and female–are valid, and any others are invalid or nonexistent," the ruling continued, "and to conclude that students who identify differently, whether they do so openly or not, have a right to attend school without being confronted by messages attacking their identities."

As far as legal appealing goes: Truth is a valid defense. There are only two genders. Look it up in a biology book under X and Y chromosomes.
Impeach her any all pagan judges trying to impose their weird takes on American reality. Natural law says there are two genders and two genders only. The judge can shut up and like it.
If true, then conservatives need to sue the school for allowing kids to wear them. Judges only make decisions on lawsuits. No lawsuit, no fighting back.
There are four genders (see #6); masculine, feminine, common and neuter, which apply to words in the English language. And there are normally only 2 sexes; male and female, which apply to humans.
Don’t give in to the commie-crats and use their terms. Make them use the correct definitions.

Because clearly the opinion that there are more than two genders is free speech, but the opinion that there are only two is not free speech.

A moral and religious people will have very limited definitions for criminality and a high tolerance for offense, because of their overriding regard for individual freedom.

Really? Not to me and billions of others. Neither is subjective at all. They are written in stone in our DNA. Conflating gender and sex is a huge mistake IMHO. We are either male or female. There's really no other sex or gender. For anyone who is confused, they should simply look at their birth certificate. It was obvious then. No amount of surgery, make up, pills, shots, or chest balloons can change these basic facts of life.
Now I would agree that there are highly butch females and highly effeminate males but that's as good it as it gets. For the .001% of the population with real gender dysphoria, I feel pity for them and hope they can get the mental health treatment that works for them.
