HORROR: Pregnant Woman Shot and Killed at Seattle Intersection

A pregnant woman was shot and killed in her car at a Seattle intersection on Tuesday.

Eina Kwon, 34, a mother of a 2-year-old child, was senselessly murdered while sitting in her car with her husband.

Her unborn child died following the shooting.

Maybe they can just read this official news release from the King County Prosecutor for themselves and make up their own minds:

Under Washington State law, a person can be only charged with homicide for the death of a person who was “born alive.”
