On Wednesday, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia unsealed the 96-page Halderman Report – the Security Analysis of Georgia’s ImageCast X Ballot Marking Devices.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has been hiding this report from the public for two years.
University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science and Engineering J. Halderman and Security Researcher and Assistant Professor at Auburn University Drew Sringall collaborated on the report where they discovered many exploitable vulnerabilities in the Dominion Voting Systems’ ImageCast X system.
Far-left Judge Amy Totenberg sealed and covered up the results of the investigation of Dominion voting machines in Georgia and sat on the report until this week.
The report confirms that votes can be altered in the Dominion voting machines. In fact, the report reveals that the Dominion software is vulnerable and can be hacked.
...
On Thursday VoterGA founder Garland Favorito joined Steve Bannon on The War Room to discuss the findings from the explosive report.
Trump-hating Secretary of State Raffensperger hid this information from the public until now. Why is that?
...
Back in September 2020, the Court granted the Curling Plaintiffs access to one of Georgia’s touchscreen ballot marking devices (BMDs) so that they could assess its security. Drew and I extensively tested the machine, and we discovered vulnerabilities in nearly every part of the system that is exposed to potential attackers. The most critical problem we found is an arbitrary-code-execution vulnerability that can be exploited to spread malware from a county’s central election management system (EMS) to every BMD in the jurisdiction. This makes it possible to attack the BMDs at scale, over a wide area, without needing physical access to any of them.
Our report explains how attackers could exploit the flaws we found to change votes or potentially even affect election outcomes in Georgia, including how they could defeat the technical and procedural protections the state has in place. While we are not aware of any evidence that the vulnerabilities have been exploited to change votes in past elections, without more precautions and mitigations, there is a serious risk that they will be exploited in the future.
On Thursday Professor Halderman tweeted out that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger will not install Dominion’s security patches before the 2024 election.
...
Raffensperger, a vocal Never-Trumper, has been aware of the investigators’ findings for two years!
That means he ran the vulnerable machines during his reelection in 2022!
What is up with Brad Raffensperger?
That’s true no machines are absolutely secure; humans OTOH are worse than machines when it comes to security vulnerabilities.
The point in the article about how the Dominion machines could be hacked remotely and a mass vote changing hack to take place is a operational human vulnerability and has nothing specifically to do with Dominion.
My point all along has been unless you change the people and the laws, whatever machines that are being used is not relevant, remove all of them and hand count everything. If the laws and people are corrupt the outcomes won’t change.
All these articles and attention paid to the machines are red herrings meant to distract people from the real issue, which is voting laws that allow and, in some cases, promote cheating.
Ask yourself, will eliminating dominion machines do anything to deal with vote harvesting, universal mail in voting and early voting ??
The simple answer is eliminating dominion and all other machines will do absolutely nothing to change the outcome of elections without changing the laws.
So what ??
“It would be a real shame if someone took advantage of Raffensperger’s refusal to patch the machines and followed this “how to” guide to switch all of Georgia’s votes to Trump. Real shame.”
I suddenly had a vision...of ChiCom hackers and MAGA hackers working feverishly into the night....switching the votes back and forth...back and forth....back and forth. I’m betting the ChiComs win. They have so far.
Well, yes. No computer or server is absolutely secure unless it is disconnected from any network and behind locked doors in a vault.
And even then.
But, there are degrees. My large organization has done everything that is possible, and I have a lot of respect for the work they do, as irritating and time consuming as it makes my job. They bring down servers once a month (and we have thousands of them) and various teams patch and reboot them with the approved patches (we cannot just patch willy-nilly like some places do) we use encryption on everything, virus protection, secure policies, no CD access, secure USB only, the whole nine yards.
But then, your go to the OTHER end, like the Antrim County (Michigan) systems used for Dominion Voting in the 2020 election.
Servers and workstations had not been patched in years. Antivirus definitions were out of date by YEARS. People using the systems logged on using accounts with full root access, and the credentials were even taped to computers to make it easier.
When I read that report, I thought immediately that it was incompetence and laziness. But as I read further in, I fully embraced the concept that it was malicious neglect, not incompetence or laziness.
I cannot imagine ANY IT professional reading that forensic study of the Antrim County servers could have come to any other conclusion.
In any IT environment I have ever been in over the last 30 years, that would have been grounds for wholesale firing.
That is exactly what the Fox settlement was. It was a cash injection to Dominion. Fox pays them, and then Fox gets reimbursed from the deep state in some sneaky fashion. It is all dark money flowing around, and this was just another way to channel that money and make it look legit.
If you believe that I’m sorry for you. Kemp rigged it for him and scree Walker who is a GA hero.
For rigging a Presidential election?
10 years is a good talking to.
Fair trial first, then we’ll talk, after the conviction.

Thank you for that clarification. I believe Dominion claimed their machines could not be hacked. Now we know that is a lie.
Sorry for the triple post...

ATLANTA, GA – Thursday Judge Amy Totenberg of the U.S. District Court of North Georgia banned the current Direct Recording Electronic (DRE) voting systems from further use in Georgia elections beginning in 2020. The DRE system produces results that cannot be verified by the voter, audited by election officials or recounted for candidates. The court found the system impairs Georgia voters’ Constitutional right to vote in any federal election.
Constitution Party of Georgia (CPGA) Chairman Ricardo Davis is a plaintiff in the case that obtained the landmark ruling; no other political party had leadership that participated as plaintiffs in the lawsuit. It was the second federal election court win for CPGA plaintiffs in three years. CPGA plaintiffs participated in a successful ballot access lawsuit that reduced Presidential ballot access petitioning requirements by 85% in the 2016 election cycle.
The landmark ruling essentially reverses a 2008 Georgia Supreme Court decision where the court refused to apply a strict scrutiny legal standard to the Constitutional right to vote for Georgia voters. Davis and CPGA Elections Director Garland Favorito where plaintiffs in that case.
The ruling Thursday came as no surprise to those who attended a July hearing that revealed the state had concealed key internet exposures and vulnerabilities from the court. Totenberg’s comments cited “inconsistent candor” by the defendants in “denial and dodging” of the “broad scale vulnerability” involving the 2017 internet breach of the election servers at Kennesaw State. She concluded: “the Defendants’ contention that the servers were … not intentionally destroyed or wiped is flatly not credible.”
Judge Totenberg’s ruling requires the state to implement a backup plan of hand marked paper ballots if the system replacing the current DRE system is not ready for the March Presidential Primary.
Judge Totenberg’s 147-page opinion in Curling v Raffensperger / October 11, 2020.
While she ultimately did not grant plaintiff’s motion, she detailed numerous problems within Georgia’s electronic voting system.

It’s obvious that the powerful interests behind the push to electronic voting want it to be as unaccountable as possible. They have armies of lawyers and deep deep pockets. They seem to have selected Georgia as ground zero in the battle to nationalize and normalize election malfeasance, all the while shouting from the rooftops how “safe” their systems are.
If there’s one thing that will put the final nail in the coffin of the American Republic, this is it.
No idea what you’re talking about.
I held my nose and voted for kemp the first time because he wasn’t as corrupt as Cagle.
Did not vote for him the second time. But many did……because of covid, don’t ya know.
With rigged open primaries, democrats admitting to voting for both. And, there was a thread on Reddit where the liberals and hipsters were talking about switching parties, etc to vote for these two POSs. Someone finally told them they didn’t need to.
On top of that, on major issues like stealing taxpayer money to hand out tax breaks, there’s no difference between kemp and Abrams, yet no one paid any attention to that.
Indict Kemp and Raffensperber for defrauding Ga. voters.
Note to Pres. Trump: It wasn’t just Republicans disenfranchised. So were a lot of Donald Dems.
Anything else? Many of us would be surprised to hear Kemp and Brad have done all that was reasonably possible to prevent local election fraud, while most of us would fully expect our GOP elected officials would have done everything possible to correct the matter.
We heard about and read very credible evidence of highly improper behavior and breached election systems, and had witnessed unimaginable events of record in both Georgia and at the national level, this Report does nothing more than further embarrass our political party in opposition.
Rhetorical question: What do the voters do when its political party, albeit in power, demonstrates it is both impotent or and effectively compromised and no longer supports traditional values?
