Haley, Christie and Pence all have RNC backing to torpedo Trump in fundraising and in any debate. Trump will leave all of them in the dust.
The only real Trump challenger is DeSantis and so far his campaign managers are doing idiotic, sophomoric things, unready for a national effort. Unless DeSantis gets better campaign advisors and managers, he is TOAST.
People contribute...and it raises public recognition of you.
It can be translated into book sales and/or a variety of other positions that can lead to money (professorships, corporate boards, etc.).
It might even lead to a political appointment by the candidate who wins.

I understand your sentiment here and agree that it is an anti-Trump candidacy. That having been said, is there anyone ANYONE who was planning on or considering voting for President Trump who will vote for Christie instead? Anyone? Is there any effect here?
That pic was when the world found out the truth about Christie. It was the week before the election and Obongo was looking at a real possibly of losing. That stroll was perceived as a de facto endorsement. Within 2 days Obama was up by 3 and one re-election.
Because the 2020 election was stolen, and everyone knows it, 2024 is no different than the re-election campaign of a successful and popular President.
In other words, it is a foregone conclusion that Trump is the nominee.
Everyone will deny it and go through the motions of a primary contest, debates, endless polling, etc. but clearly, Republican voters are do not want President Trump to be denied his second term.
The only question remaining is how many tens of millions of fake ballots the Democrats can get away with generating this time around.
