Trump is the only sitting president who was first elected in a 2 way race, to increase his vote totals by nearly 20% or more since FDR, yet he lost 2020?
Obama didn’t do that.
Clinton didn’t do that.
Bush didn’t do that.
Hell even REAGAN didn’t do that (hell Reagan didn’t do that and his first election was a 3 way race!)
Nixon came close, but still had a improvement in vote total percentages and his first election was a 3 way race.
You have to go all the way back to FDR to find someone who managed that...
Yet they want you to believe Trump lost?
It’s garbage.
Not a chance in hell
I don’t care, frankly, Biden’s president today, ergo he “won.”
Usually it’s the opposition candidate, not the one in power, claiming stolen elections too. If The Donald didn’t ‘stop the steal’ as president Trump in 2020, why would he as candidate Trump in 2024?
‘Trump is the only sitting president who was first elected in a 2 way race, to increase his vote totals by nearly 20% or more since FDR, yet he lost 2020?’
if you’re saying that 1980 was a 3 way race (Reagan, Carter, Anderson) then you can’t neglect that 2016 was as well, contrary to what you state; Anderson won 5.7 million votes, while Johnson and Stein tallied 5.9 million...
additionally, 2020 was essentially a 2 way race, with the Libertarian Jorgensen accounting for a mere 1.2% of the ote total...why is it the least bit surprising that Trump would increase his totals minus the siphoning of 2016...?
thirdly, approximately 135 million votes were cast in 2016, while in 2020 159 million was the vote total...with 98% of the votes split between two candidates, that both were able to easily eclipse historical totals should be no surprise whatsoever...
