Democrat Senator John Fetterman showed up to work Thursday morning looking like a slob in a hoodie.
Fetterman has significant brain damage after having a massive stroke last May.
He was also hospitalized for 3 months for severe depression.
The Pennsylvania senator attempted to speak at a press conference on the ongoing debt ceiling negotiations.
One look at this video and it is obvious John Fetterman is not capable of doing his job.

This is so wrong. Uncle Festerman is dressed like the real Democrat. The other Demonrats on the dais were faking it by wearing business attire.
Fetterman has a staff whose job is to protect him and make him appear competent. Why would they let him go out there like that? They couldn’t put him in a suit for a half hour?

First thing that I thought when I saw the pic was that it was from a SNL skit.
He’s the perfect liberal representative.
Don't think Fetterman's staff are paid enough to force a stubborn 6'8" behemoth into a suit, tie and dress shoes.
Sadly, I believe the photo is real. Look at the shadow lines on the wall behind chicken legs Festerman. Would be a good trick to cut out an exact copy. Also the Dweeb on the right seems to be laughing about something. Either Festerman farted or he realizes Festerman looks like a joke.
The people in PA need to do something about the corruption in Filthadelphia and Shitsburgh or just suck it up and enjoy the show.
