Ukrainians do and will own their own mineral and agricultural wealth as long as the Kremlin doesn’t gain control
While I agree, the same is true if the West rebuilds Ukraine. All the wealth will go to corrupt officials and those in the west who have milked Ukraine for decades since the fall of the USSR.

The people don’t own their governments. Almost every goverment worldwide are owned by the people who operate outside governments, like George Soros and Klaus Schwab.
Even if the West were to beat Russia, the Ukrainians do not own their resources. Their resources will be owned by the globalists.
