One of Trump’s better points last night was that since the US is spending approx 6 times the entire amount of Europe, we should wait until they get caught up.
As I read this, ethnic Russian women in Latvia have to prove they speak Latvian or they might be deported (even though their family has lived in the area for centuries):

Russinnen in Lettland droht die Abschiebung
In Lettland lebt eine große russische Minderheit, das Land ist seit Jahrzehnten ihre Heimat. Doch das Misstrauen gegen sie wächst. Nun sollen sie Sprachtests absolvieren – oder das Land verlassen.
I was trying to brush up on German when I read this.
The news in which I am interested: Hunter and Joe Biden corruption scandal with pay for U.S. favors from foreign countries.
Where is the coverage?
This German language site has many videos of the war in Ukraine:
https://www.spiegel.de/thema/russlands-krieg-gegen-die-ukraine-videos/
I put it in yesterday when the GOP had their news conference that the MSM ignored or trashed.
I do multiple stories don’t focus on one story like cable channels or talk shows etc. etc.
I do worldwide news including the political news in the US.
No offense to you. I mean in general the news media should treat the scandal like their precious destruction of Nixon.
I don’t have cable, so I didn’t get to listen to Trump.
This is a very positive article about Trump’s townhall performance:
https://www.foxbusiness.com/media/larry-kudlow-donald-trump-superb-negotiator
As for Trump being a great negotiator, I think he is too eager to be nice to people. In real estate, every deal tends to be a win-win, so being nice pays off, but in politics win-win is not typically the case.
I grew up with Watergate but I also read my local newspaper eight columns smaller print (”The York Dispatch”) and it took AP and UPI copy and found room for 25 or more stories on its front page not just the Watergate drama the network TV news did back then.
It was good reading kept my mind from being brainwashed by the single story obsession that would drop in on us with cable news in more recent times.
I also did shortwave radio back then I would hear local news on local stations not to mention stuff like the BBC World Service.
I had news from everywhere coming in with the old media technology.
