You must have seen the news stories about the attack outside a shopping mall in Texas. If you didnât read the whole article, at least you scanned the headlines. It was awful that innocent people were attacked and many were killed. In response, some gun-control politicians said we should have more gun-free zones. That makes good headlines, and âgun-freeâ zones have the support of a surprising group of people. Like us, they just want to feel safe as they go about their business. Maybe you feel the same way, so letâs see if you agree.
Everyone wants to feel a degree of safety. Unfortunately, what makes one person feel safe might make the next person feel at risk. Letâs slow down and look at gun-free zones one step at a time.

I would love a FREE GUN ZONE!..........................
Liberals are really good at renaming things....this would be the perfect opportunity to rename what gun free zones REALLY are......KILL ZONES.
After all.....why wouldn’t a person that was planning on a mass shooting go to where they know there will be very few or no other armed people?
It’s so obvious even crazy people see it.

Where we live the preferred pronoun is “free-fire zone”. like a shooting range, no one shoots back, instead of paper or steel targets there are live targets...and it’s free! Cost of ammo excluded. And thanks to liberal democrats and anti-gun enthusiasts there will be more of them if they get their way. Crazy people shoot other people but how crazy does one have to be to provide a zone where no one is allowed to protect themselves FROM crazy people? “The only time a firearm is dangerous is when the wrong nut is connected to the trigger” L.Star
Ever hear of a gun store or pawn shop getting robbed? I haven’t.......the employees open carrying is the reason for that......what a concept right?
