There are some better days, and some pretty crappy days. He is making use of some drug when making the State of the Union Address...when you see him go for 2 or 3 minutes straight within blinking his eyes (for example).
He may say he’s currently running, but it wouldn’t shock me to reach December, and he’s says he’s out. Even among Democrats who voted for him in 2020...I suspect 25-percent are shaking their head...he can’t be the 2024 candidate.
