Long-time readers of CTH research will remember a very specific agency inside government, the Dept of Justice Community Relations Service (DOJ-CRS).
This little-known, quasi legislatively authorized, Eric Holder weaponized, silo inside the justice system operates to control information that would be deemed ‘adverse to the peace and tranquility interests of the nation.’ In non-pretending terms, the DOJ-CRS controls any information in the criminal justice system that doesn’t fit the agenda of the radical communists and left-wing activists within it.
The CRS controlled the George Zimmerman case. The CRS controlled the Darren Wilson case (Ferguson). The CRS controlled the Baltimore-Six case. The CRS controlled the Stephen Paddock case (Las Vegas). There are many more.
The CRS, also known colloquially as the “peacekeepers” can reach into any system of justice, local, state, federal, including courts, judges, trials and law enforcement agencies, and control the information that is at the center of their topic, charge or investigation.

Those, who are deep in the weeds of “transgender” ideology are often very disturbed people.

We’re still waiting to hear her manifesto. We all know that, if she’d been a Trump supporter, her manifesto would instantly have been revealed.
The notes that Hale’s shooting is part of an escalating cycle of so-called “transgender” people committing violent rhetoric and violent acts because of the “horror” of being “misgendered,” or the number of laws in more conservative states making it illegal for medical practitioners to give children toxic drugs and mutilating surgery in pursuit of the fiction that they can be “transformed” into the opposite sex. This is, instead, for-profit plastic surgery run amok to criminally dangerous extremes.

Maybe it has private citizens names in it and accusing them of some crime ? (Ex: I was molested by Mr.X) so the cops don’t want to put their name out there ? Still they could always block it out

I wonder how far the Supreme Court will take its overturn of the Chevron case. Will it reach these stovepipe dictators buried in the bowels of federal agencies? Who gave these tyrants cart blanc control over the First Amendment with regard to what citizens can see, hear, or read?

At a minimum, we can now assume the release of this “manifesto” is now playing out at the highest levels of the deep-state - White House and especially, the DOJ

Eric Holder was a good Atty. General. He followed the dictates of the left. Do ours do the same for us when we’re in power?

The DOJ is America's KGB, plain and simple. I say that objectively, not negatively - both have (had) the same function - state security and forced political unity of ruling party/deep-state
So if you want to know what the future may look like, if present trajectory is not changed, look at the Soviet KGB.
Well, I guess then they can agree it sucks to work for a free people who have freedom of speech, but that just part of what the swore an oath to on the US Constitution.
Actively suppressing this information from the public is unconstitutional and violates a free people's rights. Not that there is an honest judge left in the USA who will see it this way, but it's true--plain and simple. This is the same logic they used to violate all of our rights during Covid. "The Constitution doesn't apply if it's an emergency and our action is for your own good."
They all need to be fired.
