I am not sure why the Russians would WANT to assassinate Biden. He’s not running anything anyway.
The Russians DO use assassination as a tool in both war and diplomacy more aggressively and brazenly than other developed nations do, so I understand why others would want to return the favor.
I sincerely hope that we were not immediately behind the drones. A proxy war is one thing, an undeclared war (not even the pretend declarations disguised as authorizations of force) is quite another.
One doesn’t have to like Russia’s entry into Ukraine to not want to spend billions of everyone’s money, and thousands of innocent lives to avoid the inevitable, much less catalyze WWIII.
