Critical Gender Theory (i.e., transgenderism), Critical Race Theory, and other iterations trace back to Critical Theory.
Critical Theory traces back to the Frankfurt School in Germany of Max Horkheimer, Marcuse, and others who were essentially Weimar Republic, communist academic agitators that ended up fleeing Nazi Germany; as well, the first “trans” surgery took place during that time period in Germany.
