Video - Joe Biden presented a trophy to the US Air Force American football team on Friday, April 28th. He was to be presented with a ball signed by the team, a helmet and a football jersey with his name on it. But Biden grabbed only a sweater and began to wander, looking for a way out.

I would say it's cruelty for his staff to put him through this but it's not like he deserves better.
