When ANYTHING termed or categorized as a PEST problem, whether it be, mice, roaches, termites, wild dogs, etc... they must be contained, caught, and EXTERMINATED for the SAFETY and GOOD of the ordinary public to maintain "normal" existence.
If they are NOT dealt with then the ordinary public will PAY an UNNECESSARY, UNDESIRED, and PAINFUL price.
