This is why the guy is a phony and everyone knows it.

Two months ago, he was all in, but he wanted to test the direction of the wind first.

His handlers, i.e. Romney, Rove, McConnell etc. will all push him to run.

He’s a loser in my eye, totally blew it.

OTOH, he’ll be a good one, to go after Newsom when he declares his candidacy.
