To me, as a professional QA guy, when I see “facility less than a year old” what I read is “probably didn’t have any experienced employees who know not to blindly trust automation”. Preventative maintenance matters, especially when you’re dealing with really nasty stuff like manure, methane, and grain dust. Don’t notice one this isn’t working, bad things happen.
